ABOUT ME
My name is Erika De Candido. I am a Mechanical Engineer (PhD), an ICF-certified coach, and for nearly twenty years, I have operated within the international technology industry.
My journey began as a project engineer at the Fincantieri shipyards in Trieste. From there, my career took me to Montreal, Zurich, Krakow, and Milan—working in high-pressure environments where managing technical and human complexity went hand in hand. At ABB and Hitachi Energy, I led non-collocated, multi-disciplinary, and multi-cultural engineering teams, managed substantial R&D portfolios, and guided entire organizations through complex Agile transformations.
Today, I partner with engineers and technical professionals during two pivotal moments in their careers: when they step into leadership for the first time, and when they pause to ask where they are truly headed.
I don’t just bring theories from books. I bring twenty years of lived experience, certified training as an ICF and DAS coach, a Master’s in Meditation and Neuroscience, and advanced Yoga training (RYT500). I hold a deep conviction that the best leadership stems from self-awareness—not from a job title.
I work both online and in-person, in Italian, English, German, and Spanish, supporting professionals across Europe.
I believe in a leadership that breaks the mold—not out of rebellion, but because the old models no longer work.
People over processes. Courage over consensus.
